Springmill Trails

Springmill Trails of Westfield consists of several neighborhoods including William Trace, Waters Edge, Waters Edge West, Shelton Cove, Spring Orchard, Gristmill Trails and Gristmill Villas.  Each individual neighborhood has its own homeowners’ association and is responsible for the maintenance and management of its own neighborhood, including common areas and amenities.  
Each association and its members, including William Trace, are also subject to the Springmill Trails Amenity Association, Inc. (the “Amenity Association”).   The Amenity Association is responsible for the Springmill Trails pool and pool house amenity.

Westfield, Indiana

Westfield was founded on May 6, 1834, by North Carolina Quakers Asa Bales, Ambrose Osborne and Simon Moon, and incorporated as a town in 1848.  On January 1, 2008, Westfield was incorporated as a city. U.S. Highway 31 is the primary highway leading north and south through the community.  State Highway 32 leads east and west through downtown Westfield as Main Street.
 
Westfield is home of the Grand Park Sports Campus, a top ranked school district (Westfield-Washington Schools), quaint downtown (Grand Junction) with growing foodie presence, over 165 acres± of parkland, and 120 miles± of total trails (including 15 miles± of named trails and 10 miles± within the Grand Park trail network), including the segment of the Little Eagle Creek Trail within Springmill Trails.
